I’ve completed 2 terms (24 weeks) at furniture making school and I reckon that’s enough. I’m certainly not suggesting I’ve learnt all there is to learn about making furniture (that will take the rest of my days) but I don’t think another 12 weeks in the school environment will add significantly more to my knowledge and skill than I can learn in 12 weeks working on my own projects and using books and internet resources. It will save me quite a bit of money and give me a lot more flexibility to pursue other interests.
