Cross cut saw sharpening

I have a small cross cut tenon saw that belonged to my step grandfather who was a cabinet maker. It is marked H McManus on the handle (that was his name) and “1945” on the blade which I assume is its year of manufacture. I finally got round to sharpening it today. I tend to put this off probably because I don’t feel very confident and think I might make it worse rather than better. This is silly as its really not that hard. Here is Paul Sellers who showed me how to do it. (You might need to setup a free account to view this)

It is in regular use which is as it should be.
