Cutlery box is made in american cherry with an english walnut raised panel in the lid. The walnut is carried over into the interior dividers and shelf. The drawer beneath the cutlery compartment is in cherry.
The front of the box has decorative inlays of burr oak veneer.
There is plenty of joinery on show and the box is detailed with brass hinges and lock, and a brass chain to hold the lid in place.
